The carpet cleaning team was professional and friendly, finishing the job quickly but still being very thorough. They helped move furniture and even vacuumed up some stickers my daughter had stuck to the carpet that I missed. I paid extra for cleaning the stairs and for deodorizing, which was worth it. I recommend putting out dehumidifiers because some carpet areas were still a bit wet. Thicker carpets can take longer to dry, but using a steam cleaner helped us remove extra moisture. I can't say enough good things about Sam Carpet & Upholstery. Their team was on time, friendly, and respectful. They started cleaning right away and worked carefully, making my carpets and bathroom tiles look almost new again. I have recommended them to friends, and everyone is always impressed with the results. I wouldn’t use anyone else for carpet cleaning! The prices are fair, too. Kaleb and Ricky did an amazing job!
