I can't say enough great things about the carpet cleaning service I used. They have cleaned my rugs several times, and it always turns out fantastic. Recently, I decided to try their pickup service, and it was a top-notch experience. I discovered them a few years ago after my puppy finished potty training (and before I thought to lift my rugs). We had a little situation one morning when our son used a pen meant for staining wood on our suede/microfiber couch. I quickly reached out to Sam Carpet & Upholstery. They provided great advice on how to handle the fabric until help arrived, and they managed to fit us in between other appointments. To my surprise, the stain was completely removed!
