I have used him before and am always satisfied with the outcome
Had a bad accident with my dog, all over the basement's white carpet in the media room and stairs. Sam came the very next morning at 8 am. Took care the my whole problem in less than an hour.
He broke my water faucet while filling up his bucket for water and when I ask him to pay for it. He tells me it was broken before. Mind you that he used it three times and it was working fine. He tell me he is willing to go to court over it. The guy has the worst attitude in dealing with people and he started threatening me.
Used this service last week and was very satisfied. The booking is easy and fast. Sam came on time and did a great job on my carpet. Highly recommend this service.
