The one star is for the service department that Sam Boswell in Enterprise Alabama has and Derrick is the guy over the technicians and he don't hold his techs accountable for messing up vehicles and wants you to pay more money toward services being done that they messed up on but denies it because my best friend took a vehicle in and left with more problems than she arrived then was denied of the technicians causing more problems to her vehicle and wanted to charge more money for services to be done and had attitudes about ho... read more

Kenzie And the team at Sam Boswell gave me an amazing experience, especially considering we just moved here. I had a hard time moving and her expertise with the extended warranty were paramount. She not only offered her expertise as far as being a service representative, but her expertise as a military spouse. This gave me pertinent information to help out my family, but set us up for success in the future. Great all around person.
