I always have a pleasant experience at Sam Boswell Honda! Their customer service is excellent. You can tell that the staff here truly value their clients. I worked with Matt during my last visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I appreciate his assistance throughout the leasing process. Kyle made the financial aspect smooth and answered all of my questions. Overall, I’m happy with my experience and new car. Definitely would recommend this dealership!

I rarely write reviews, but Kira H. with Sam Boswell Honda is certainly deserving of a 5 star review! About 3 hours into a ~14 hour road trip on the interstate, our Honda Odyssey started flashing a "Christmas tree" of warning lights. We pulled into the closest service shop, but they were unable to diagnose the issue and recommended taking it to a Honda dealership. This occurred on a Saturday afternoon. The one star is for the service department that Sam Boswell in Enterprise Alabama has and Derrick is the guy over the technicians and he don't hold his techs accountable for messing up vehicles and wants you to pay more money toward services being done that they messed up on but denies it because my best friend took a vehicle in and left with more problems than she arrived then was denied of the technicians causing more problems to her vehicle and wanted to charge more money for services to be done and had attitudes about ho... read more
