We had the salesman ******. We paid cash in full for a car for my husband to use for work. The key was starting to fall apart, the back air vent was pushed in, ect . We brought all of this to his attention and he said that is we purchased the car they would fix the issues. I asked him to put it in the contract and he said he did. He even wrote it on a paper and showed my husband and I. I had to take the car up to the dealership twice for them to fix the air vent. I fully understand that used cars are hard to come by at the present time, and they are much more costly. But 2 weeks ago we were in a tight place after a wreck and had to buy something quick. We found a 2017 Chevy Trax. We did a test drive, and it had high milage, but it was one of few used cars on their lot that had not been wrecked. (Our Salesman Ben told us that they don't fix cars that are over two years old that have been wrecked. No need to waste their time and money to fix them, they just sell them as is.)
