I highly recommend this dealership. It is located in an older building, but don’t let that stop you. I called to check if they had a particular car on their lot which I had seen online. If I could give them 0 stars I would, i regularly bring my car here for service and it’s usually pretty simple- not this time. First service says it’s my Transmission- which I get. It is still under warranty but they won’t have any loaners or rentals to give me today- fine ok. Days past and everytime I call it’s the same story, Don’t have any loaners or rentals. Double Check Your Loan Docs Before Signing This is worth a negative review for financing department at Sam Boswell Buick. They are running a classic bait-and-switch scheme, and I fell for it.
