I feel that your service technology and overall system are outdated. Considering the price we pay for these vehicles, the interior layout, technology, and features should be much more modern and up to date. At this price point, customers should expect a more advanced, user-friendly system that reflects today's technology.

I recently purchased tires from this dealership that featured directional tread. Upon my father returning home, I noticed that the tires had been installed incorrectly. The directional tread was mounted against the manufacturer's specified rotation direction. Furthermore, three of the four tires were installed incorrectly, while only one was mounted in the correct direction.
