I was dissatisfied with the service I received from this finance broker. Communication was inconsistent, responses were delayed, and I did not receive the level of guidance or support that had been promised. The process became stressful and took longer than expected. Based on my experience, I would not use this broker again.

Very poor experience. The broker’s communication and customer service were unacceptable, with delayed responses and insufficient support throughout the process. Information was not explained clearly, and my concerns were not resolved satisfactorily. I expected professional advice, transparency, and timely communication, but the service fell well below that standard. I would not use this broker again and recommend that others conduct thorough checks before signing or paying anything.

Sam is reliable, trustworthy, and always easy to reach. He made entire mortgage process smooth and stress-free, and even our visa situation wasn’t an issue—he handled everything with confidence and professionalism. Highly recommend his services.
