Within a short period of time, my aches and pains have lessened, my energy level has improved, and I’m finally sleeping better. This isn’t just a gym you pick up weights and put them down! Each and every session is designed by Sam to accomplish success toward your own personal goals. My favorite thing about the workouts is that they are always different and always challenging. Highly recommend! 😉

I have been searching for this kind of coaching for over a year now.. I was ready to give up. I feel so fortunate I found someone like Sam. Our community should take full advantage of the services he has to offer! He is professional, patient and very, very knowledgeable! Thanks for all you do Sam!
