I have been dealing with a nagging injury since March. And every time you try to discuss your issues with him. He blows you off with no regards to what you are saying. And then he changed my work restrictions without even discussing them with me. I’ve tried to contract his office and no follow up call from them.
Dr Koo and his team did an excellent job! From registration desk to recovery, the staff was outstanding!
It was so amazing, from the time I met Dr Koo, to after the surgery. The staff at Beacon was at the top. They treat you so good. Also they were always asking if I had any questions, and they answered them and made sure I understood. Because of this, I tell everyone what a great experience I had. And now I will only go to Beacon, if I have any bone issues. They again are amazing. Thank you so much.
Office visit surgery went so well. Dr. Koo and his staff are so friendly. I am so happy I went there and will continue to. Wonderful experience!!!!!!
Beacon Orthopedics has always exceeded my expectations since I started going there last year for various issues such as knee, neck, spine, arm and wrist issues. The entire team, from front desk personnel, to medical assistants, X-ray technicians, MRI team, PA's, Doctors, and surgeons and even surgery teams and nurses are exceptional.
