Unethical mechanic used incorrect cable ties plastic cable tide ,instead of proper CV boot clamps, resulting in CV joint grease leakage. Always confirm the total price including GST before authorizing any repairs. This mechanics try to add GST as a separate charge later.🤮
Got a quote for work on 3/5/2024. I was happy with price and was told to return on the 5/5/2024 at 0900. Showed up at 0845, sat around until 0950. Rang number three times and knocked on door, no answer and now two customers waiting! Got a similar quote from guys next door and booked work with them. Get the basics right guys, you just lost $951.79 of easy service work. Hopefully this is a constructive review for you.
