The doctor rushes through his time with patients and does not pay attention to the patient's needs. For example, I had hernia repair surgery in the past and was quite familiar with the symptoms. I brought it to Dr. Ignacio's attention - he rushed through it and told me it was nothing. I walked out of there with an unsatisfied feeling with my visit and that I was just being pushed out. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't wait long at all.
