Friendly, professional, and no surprises! Chad and Shannon arrived early in the 2-hour window they provided, gave an estimate of what may or may not be needed along with possible costs, did the work (4-part switch had loose connections) quickly and within the hour that is provided with the $240 service charge, so no extra charges. Couldn’t ask for more than that!
The technician Shannon was detailed and resolved issue on the first visit. I will be using Salzano Electric Denver for future needs.
The Salzano crew that was sent to our house was extremely professional, polite, hard-working, helpful, great at communicating, respectful, and kind. The team and Shannon were absolutely great to work with. Responsive to questions and very thorough. Shannon was super knowledgeable and went through all aspects of the hot tub electrical box install and power up.
