Friendly, courteous, efficient, excellent!
Very professional and courteous staff. Well equipped facility to evaluate and assist with hearing aids
Selena was a Pleasure to work with! My Mom is 90 and Selena was Great with Her. Explained Everything so My Dad and I could understand.
Entire experience disappointing. Poor front desk customer service, poor attitude re: medical review after audiology testing with no counseling of potential benefits of hearing aids, poor preparation and samples of potential hearing and choices in the sales portion, separate appointment required. Go elsewhere.
