Everything has always gone well from my first visit until the semi-annual cleaning and checking.
Once again John has went above and beyond for my hearing. My hearing aids stopped working over the weekend. I reached out on Sunday night and he got me in the office on Monday morning. He was able to set me up with some loaners until I can get mine replaced. This is what you get when you do business with them. Always going above and beyond to make sure the patient is taken care of!
