Have gone through them for a few years now and have had a good experience until recently. Reached out by email almost two weeks ago, received no response. Five days ago I sent a follow up email and waited another few days for a response. I have now made two phone calls as well and still have not been contacted. The issue is not with the providers as I have always had good experiences with in office and telemed visits. Terrible terrible service. They’ll give you an outstanding bill after 2 years and then you have no way to pay it due to no one answering phone and websites not working.

I came here as a teenager for a couple years on and off due to some depression reasons. Almost a year ago I had an awful experience that caused me daily panic and my psychiatrist could not seem to get me on a medication that worked for me. After 7 months gone by with no success to get on a right medication I switched psychiatrist/office that is not Salveo and it has been a wonderful change.
