Gave them the benefit of the doubt when they first opened, but they don't seem much better. Ordered 2 subs, got a call that they ran out of bread. 2nd sub wound up on 2 rolls, overcooked, impossible to pick up, roll was difficult to cut. This will be the last time we order from the Hilton shop.
I keep giving them chances and I keep getting disappointed. Eggplant sub with OLD onions. Yuck! Also, OVERCOOKED fish fry. No tartar sauce. No more chances. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. Was told 30 min to make. Arrived 5 minutes early food was already done. When I returned home noticed the burger was on a sub roll (gross). The burger was dry and the fries were cold.
Awesome pizzaria. Their staff is nice and the food is great!
I've been gluten , free ten years my wife called in and order for sheet a large and a gluten free. When we went to pick it up like the gluten free was a regular medium. I asked if they could make it gluten-free and deliver it to me.They said they couldn't deliver it so I had to come back. While I was thankful to at least receiving an apology , I thought perhaps they could have thrown in a two liter of soda or charge me the regular medium price , as opposed to the more expensive gluten free price.
