Placed a prepaid order at 5:30 for pickup at 8pm show up at 8 and they haven’t even started making it had to wait 30 minutes for my order
I spent $15 on a large Veggie sub that I could not eat. The sub was so poorly put together, so soaked that I couldn't eat it. I was disgusted. There was way too much condiments put on the sub. I ordered over the phone and dropped by to get it on my way to work. When I arrived I was told the sub wasn't ready because they sent someone to get the lettuce, I immediately requested a refund because I couldn't wait. We ordered a Greek salad and cheese pizza. They forgot the dressing and there was no sauce on the pizza. When I called about the lack of dressing they offered me a $1 credit. Às far as the sauce, we ended up heating our own sauce and putting it on top. We will never go back to this Salvatore’s again.
