One of my favorite places in Rochester to get a pizza! On top of their great pies.. Veteran Friendly and Purple Heart Friendly Parking! A+ Thank you for supporting those that have served! We appreciate it!
The service was terrible I ask to speak to a manager in which I was hung up on I spent 47$ for burnt chicken no blue cheese and they had the nerve to offer me 1$ off I would not recommend going here there service and food was terrible

sadly i use to love salvatore’s. I went to pick up food for my Birthday. ordered a chicken wrap and paid extra for extra chicken. there was no lettuce in the wrap and it looks like they gave me all the butts to the end of the tomatoes. Me and my son went inside and asked them to remake it. They said sure it’ll be about 10 minutes. We waited, they remade it. The guy came out was very apologetic. We’re sorry this happened. Just 6 months ago my review would have been five stars. I honestly do not know what's going on with this location... My past two pizzas have been burnt on the bottom. A large was burnt almost to the point that I couldn't eat it, and the sheet pizza was a little bit better but probably because it's so much bigger. But most troubling to me is the fact that they cannot customize a salad correctly. I honestly believe that they don't even look at the instructions for customizing items.
