I Love Salvatore’s overall. It’s clear this BRAND NEW location in Canandaigua has some major kitchen kinks to work out. Your deep fryer can’t be to temp, and perhaps your cooks need A LOT more mentoring; actually, of the 2 orders I’ve had today— the cooks need education in order to keep in line with Salvatores standards.. the flavors are there, but “extra crispy” eggplant parm should never be soggy greasy mush… check your fryer temp, and remember to drain after pulling out of the fryer… I’m hoping these are just growing pain... read more
My husband and I went in for lunch this past Saturday. May I say best service ever.
I am very disgusted with this place and I will not come back again. I've been ordering from Salvatores for years and the pizza was never as nasty as it was today. I order pepperoni pizza with light sauce. The pizza we received was so oily it fell apart when I picked it up and the crust was extremely thin. The chicken was almost burnt. I gave the pizza a try anyway and when I bit into it smelled like someone had been smoking around it. I had ordered from a different location who didn't bring me my order and didn't even call to let me know the food wasn't coming. Within a few minutes this location got my order together, and immediately delivered it even though I'm not in their delivery area. And the food was the best I have had from Salvatores. I will definitely reccommend them to everyone!
Pizza tasted awful and not up to my expectations. I do not care attitude in restaurant by employees. Lots of Pizza places to eat at. Yours sucks . Get you act together or go out of business. Little Cesar's has better customer service.
Horrible service and bad pizza. Fools could not ring up order correct and then overcharged me. Girl did not write my name down and could not find pizza. I will stick to Good Guys in Chili. I will not be back. poorly run business.
After ordering few times from this location I would say they have the best food I ever had from a fast food restaurant. I tried deferent things from pizza to subs to salad and I was always happy with what I got.
Ordered pizza and wings tonight. Asked pizza to be cooked well done, extra sauce. Don't like pizza you can't pick up. The pizza was not well cooked, had to recook it at home in oven. Extra sauce, didn't seem like any more than normal. And the wings, though advertised as jumbo, are just regular size wings. My advice....check your order before you leave.
I called because the order was delivered late and incorrect and the owner cursed at me and told me not to order from there anymore and hung up. Wow talk about customer service.
