Terrible non attentive phone service trying to order a simple NY Style pizza and 10 wings today! The price was outrageous too $72.00 !! WTH! The girl said "ready for your card number" three times but wasn't ready (or not paying attention) and kept putting me on hold! WTH ! So annoying! Train your personnel to do better on the phone and be ready when they say they are! People have things to do and can play the hold game all day with you guys on the phone!! I usually come here and get really good service but this time it was horrible. The girl at the front register was super dry and slow they said 25 mins waited well over a hour. Prices are way higher than quality of food. Grew up eating here very disappointed,.
It's either a hit or miss but I will say their pasta dinners are gatbage..chicken parm ALWAYS BURNT 100%..i say a Wegmans parm dinner is so much better and its made one day ahead and still better...imagine paying almostv20$ for Burnt chicken more than 2 times.
