I've been ordering delivery from this place for years. This evening, I ordered, received confirmation by email, but then heard nothing. I finally found my order dumped on the front porch, food stone cold. When I called the restaurant, they claimed there was no doorbell to ring (it's inside the front door) and they couldn't call my mobile (the one I was talking to them on). This gross disappointment cost me $28 and most of the food was inedible because it can't be reheated.
Very bad customer service. .
chicken parm & penne :)
Worst pizza and food in the valley!!! Unreal
