great doctor... recommended 100%
I have no idea who these receptionist think they are, but they are lucky that they got my sister on the phone and not me. They are rude, unprofessional, Nasty and have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. It makes no sense for a doctor to prescribe antibiotics but not need a follow up appointment. Thank goodness I’m taking my parents elsewhere, but I sure would have loved to see these chicks in person.
On Serveral Occasions I was on time for my appointment and Dr Lambardo was 2 hours late and when I ask what was the hold up I was told that he hadn't come in yet. This is bad business. If this continues I have to find another Urologist.
To begin, the Dr. is fine and not the problem. Whomever is responsible for submitting insurance is, and this was at the Newark location. I could tell just by meeting at the desk that these people were less than competent, or were just not fully engaged in their job. Now I'm paying for it - literally. They change the appointment for no reason and you have to wait for months. My recommendation is to find another doctor.
