Dr Insignia performed an extensive & complicated Cervical Spine procedure for me about 16yrs.ago while he was located in New Jersey, pior to relocating to this location. I was very pleased with his care & concern. All of my adverse symptoms were, & have remained, resolved. I would & have, highly recommended him to others since my surgery. In addition to being a wonderful surgeon, he is also a wonderful person!
