Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their waiting room is quite comfortable and the coffee/tea station is a nice touch, though I never seem to be waiting long enogh to finish a cup! Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
