Always excellent customer service! And if you don’t see what you’re looking for, they will really listen and help you find it. Mary Ann is great.
5 Star Customer Service!!!!! I called this store as I needed a gift within a few days. Orlando assisted me and he went above and beyond. The Fed Ex delivery person already picked up at this location and Orlando tracked him down and ensured delivery before the Memorial Day holiday. I’ll be calling this location for any future Ferragamo purchases. It’s so nice to receive such wonderful service.
