Yesterday I went to Ferragamo looking for dress shoes. Unsure of where to start I had the pleasure of working with Yana and Rita. The made it super easy to find a pair of dress shoes that fit comfortably and that i absolutely love. Both of them were very attentive, personable and knowledgeable. She sent detailed videos and photos of different belts to choose from for my boyfriend’s gift, and helped me select the perfect size.
