I will not be returning to this office. My experience here has been consistently frustrating and disrespectful of my time. Every appointment seems to come with a two to three hour wait, with no clear communication, no realistic scheduling, and no effort to let patients know when they will actually be seen. The office expects people to sit in the waiting room for hours, often with no Wi-Fi, as if patients do not have jobs, responsibilities, or lives outside of the appointment. Today was the final straw.
