Me Lecci attempted to avoid the imposition of any property transfer taxes, which was improper and which launched an audit by NYC DOF. I HAD TO PAY ALMOST $10,000 because of his mistake. During the divorce Mr Lecci was to address silver bars my Ex-husband had but he also avoided that. When I mentioned that he said he would need another $5000 retainer to look into it, which should have been done during the divorce settlement.
