Been with them 15 years. They don't let you know when insurance company drops you. They don't let you know if you've been depopulated. I'm not sure what their role is except taking a percentage of your money, they don't do much of anything, you end up doing all the work, they only compare insurances for you. Call insurance companies yourself and save money, frustration and time.
