I applied for Energy Assistance in February. I was getting a disconnection notice from my electric company. I was approved with a promise to pay with note put on my electric bill company to pay $500 here we are in June. They still have not paid it and now I got another disconnection notice because I thought that it was paid. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I can’t believe this is happening. How are you helping if you’re doing this to people.
