Very well structured program (very much needed to enter a normal life), very clean, very safe, Christian based, which is a BIG plus combined with AA. And I can not stress enough the help you will get by learning job responsibilities such as attendance, accountability, and honesty, to mention a few. If you are serious about beating addiction, this program will change your life. BTW, great food!
💯 This facility is Christian based they have chapel every Day. The facility is a mansion that was donated by a woman to the Salvation Army so they have everything that they need there. The grounds are kept in great condition they provide the men with counseling medical attention and therapy. They keep the men apart from female patients. They are constantly on the move in clases , learning, healing working starting at 5:30 AM. They do 12 step program. All of the staff is amazing. I highly recommend this facility. I was a resident at this facility for almost a month. They made me and ALL OTHER residents work in super laboring conditions on our feet for 8 hours in there warehouse. For a WOWING 1 dollar a day🫢that sounds more like slavery 🫣 I was sick and missed a days work and owed hours of extra work after regular work hours. I was hospitalized and owed more hours. Literally I owed them like 15-20 hrs of extra duty in the weekends when it's our day off. They expected me to work for free. Then I needed to go to the hospital for medi... read more
This place is very structured they have so many rules that u must abide by but they're there for a reason I guess and as long as you can follow those rules you'll love this place they've got so much to do. They have a man cave that has a bowling alley, Foosball, table tennis, and air hokey. They have their own gym and it's a pretty nice gym. There's a barber shop downstairs so you can get your hair cut whenever you like. They have s library filled with books of you like to read. They have a movie room and a game room and... read more
My son is going to graduate in a couple weeks after 6 months here. It is an amazing wonderful program. This is the first place he has stuck with and he is a whole new person. The program is free which is absolutely awesome! They are held accountable and must want to succeed. They work for the SA 5-6 days a week, go to meetings and attend church. They eat really well also! Can't say enough how much I am amazed by this program. His success after graduation is up to him, but I believe the SA could not have done more to help h... read more
