Great program and great staff
We (including my10 yr old) slept on the floor for a few nights here back in January in the waiting area. We were able to eat three times a day but staff. No handicapped accommodations which made things more difficult for some there and no medical staff available . Grateful for not freezing to death and they gave us blankets.
Good program as far as helping with addictions but the staff can definitely be rude and sometimes lazy not all staff but there is definitely a few and don't expect a nutritional meal the food is horrible so definitely load up on snacks and non perishables
