Laid back place to work if you don't ever expect decent raises and for poverty to keep closing in on you, if you can deal with that it's a great place to work. Welder pay went from 17.50 starting (2014 I know of for sure) to starting 14-16 (2020) doesn't make sense with cost of living going up besides the doors might be closing soon.
