RecommendedHappy with SalvageBid. Customer service is very helpful for a new buyer like me. Their system is dialed in so the paperwork is done right and done fast. In my experience, everything runs smoothly. Their customer service gave me a lot of confidence in using their company. I've mostly used their chat feature because it's so convenient.
DO NOT use them, their auction fees are above what the auction actually charges them plus they charge for a membership. Use atozsalvage.com instead- they don't charge membership fees and way better service!

This site is horrible a complete waste of 200$. First lets start with the delay between IAA and this site. I can't for the life of me understand why cars are still listed for sale but have already been purchased. Second when i asked your customer service representative about the delay they say there is no delay then I told him about the problem and he says we haven't received an update from IAA which means there is a delay between the two sites. I purchased a premium membership for $200. The premium membership is supposed to allow a person to bid in live auctions online but so far it hasn't worked for me. Customer service just gives you the run around and say sorry for the inconvenience
