Hey. Recently got some experience buying a car through SalvageBid. Very pleased with their service, everything was very easy and simple. I recently signed up for Salvage Bid last Thursday. I am very understanding of a company having policies about no refunds, however, this company is unreasonable. When we signed up, we felt dissatisfied with the type of service they provided. Within a matter of 30 minutes we contacted them for a refund. On July 23rd of 2018, I won a bid for a car online, I wire my payment the same day and picked it up the second day. Here is my problem, I got the car and when I opened it, I was shocked. The car is not as the pictures at all, not even close. The pictures of the car were fabricated and manipulated to be able to sell the car for the highest price possible. I purchased a jet ski and trailer from Salvagebid.I have received a bill of sale for the jet ski. Salvagebid is refusing to give me a bill of sale for the trailer. I need a bill of sale to import into Canada. 2013 Karavan watercraft trailer VIN 5KTWS1414DF649987. Can anyone please help me. Bob

SavageBid (also known as Auto Bid Master) prefers to keep users in the dark. You wonder why people complain how slow they are?? Quick search of "VIN: WDCYC7DF4GX244456" will lead you to a Mercedes G 63 AMG currently being sold by a legitimate auctioneer called IAA ...If you look more closely you'll see that same is listed with SavageBid ...IT'S NOT THEIR VEHICLES!! You're paying these crazy high fees, dealing with misinformation, disinformation, trickery, & not even really buying from them!! ...That's why they offer no guara... read more
