This was an amazing customer service experience! I mean it. Shane was amazing. The product was shipped to Oregon but sent to the billing address rather than the proper shipping address. Shane took on this mistake and solved it like I was his long lost personal friend of something. And all I really was was a little ol' one-time customer 2,000+ miles away needing a car part he had. I have called several times and it's been 10 days and I don't have a response or a package.i was told by shane I would receive part in 7 days but my calls just go to voice mail... update,have not received a refund ,I think u need to check.only email I have is where I pd $125
