Very smooth, quick, and comfortable buying experience. Easy to deal with. Sales department is willing and flexible in working with the customer. All the employees in service, parts, sales, and finance are very friendly and helpful. Great dealership to buy from. It's a family feeling business you feel like you're a member of a family and you're treated like you are part of the family. We had a excellent experience. Both Steve and Ashley are lovely people who took very good care of us and were very responsive to exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. We just want to express our satisfaction with Chris Lovewell with the purchase of our new 2025 Grand Cherokee Laredo. Chris was a pleasure to deal with from his personality to his knowledge of the of our Jeep. Chris showed us how to work all the new things in the 25 Cherokee, as our 2013 Grand Cherokee had none of these items.
