Worst Medical Group I ever dealt with. The Dr is non-responsive and doesn't call in prescriptions. You can never reach anyone in the office and they do not return calls. Find yourself another place to go!
They are the worst to get in touch with. The phone rings like 5 times and goes straight to voicemail to leave a message for them to never return the call so I dont see the point of it. We have had like 6 different people call and no one ever picks up. Ridiculously unprofessional!!!
Dr. Gutierrez is an outstanding doctor—empathetic, understanding, and genuinely caring. However, the receptionists at the front desk are unacceptably rude and exhibit a complete lack of professionalism. Their attitude suggests they are dissatisfied with their jobs, and this negatively impacts the patient experience. When I call for an appointment, their customer service deteriorates even further. They seem to think they are doing us, the patients, a favor, but that couldn't be further from the truth. We are paying for these ... read more
