Doctor Salvador Gutierrez is not competent for elderly people; Gutierrez doesn't care about their mental and physical well-being. He is the worst doctor I've ever seen. We trusted my dad's health, and Gutierrez didn't make any effort to make my dad feel better. My dad had dementia, who just passed away, and only after that, Gutierrez informed us that our dad had depression. He could refer my dad to a psychological treatment. Probably that was the reason our dad didn't want to eat, and now my dad is dead.
This office has unfortunately gone downhill. While Dr. Salvador Gutierrez was initially helpful, my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. I have been trying for months to resolve a billing issue that I believe resulted from a referral being coded incorrectly by Dr. Salvador Gutierrez’s office. Despite multiple phone calls, messages, and even visits to the office, the issue remains unresolved. Worst Medical Group I ever dealt with. The Dr is non-responsive and doesn't call in prescriptions. You can never reach anyone in the office and they do not return calls. Find yourself another place to go!
They are the worst to get in touch with. The phone rings like 5 times and goes straight to voicemail to leave a message for them to never return the call so I dont see the point of it. We have had like 6 different people call and no one ever picks up. Ridiculously unprofessional!!!
Dr. Gutierrez is an outstanding doctor—empathetic, understanding, and genuinely caring. However, the receptionists at the front desk are unacceptably rude and exhibit a complete lack of professionalism. Their attitude suggests they are dissatisfied with their jobs, and this negatively impacts the patient experience. When I call for an appointment, their customer service deteriorates even further.
