My family have been seeing Dr Gala, Anne and Anna since 2007. Dr Gala has been understanding with diagnosing and treating all my conditions. My son was diagnosed with anaphylaxis to peanuts at 12 months of age. He has been a patient of Dr Gala for approximately 23 years. He has only been retested a few times since but each time his welts have slowly reduced. My son had an appointment with doctor gala in May, the doctor and nurse were SO WONDERFUL. What truly let the team down is the receptionist. I’ve been wanting to get my son’s medical invoice to send off to Medicare. I’ve sent it on TUESDAY, by THURSDAY afternoon, and numerous phone calls on the Thursday, with promises it’ll be sent to me by 4pm. Which have NOT been done as per expected. Dr Gala is amazing! I had an anaphylaxis reaction (to an unknown cause). I did make a list of events that happened prior. He had a quick look at it, and he could tell right away what the cause was. Even during the Skin Prick Testing, he was there with the nurse to explain and help. I felt safe. Anna, the receptionist, is also helpful. When I discovered a new information about my allergy, Dr Gala and team were so prompt and helpful with the next steps. I'm glad I've found Dr Gala in my allergy journey!
