I was disappointed with my experience here. We made a reservation in advance to sit inside, but when we arrived, we were told it wasn’t in the system and were seated outside instead, which was not what we had requested. The atmosphere was nice, but the service was unfortunately very poor. Dirty plates were left on our table, our drinks were never refilled, and we weren’t offered additional napkins. Nice Italian restaurant in Lake George. The food was delicious and the service was stellar. Our waitress, Katelynn, was friendly and was very attentive.
Saluti! We visited this restaurant on a Saturday, and despite not having a reservation, they accommodated us since it wasn’t crowded. Our waiter, Kaitlyn, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations. With two young children, she was particularly attentive and ensured they were well taken care of throughout our meal. The food and service were both fresh and delicious. Rinaldo our waiter was wonderful. We had the breaded mozzarella in marinara sauce as an appetizer, bellisimo! Rigatoni with roasted eggplant and shrimp the size of small children in marinara sauce. Both were delicious. I would give them 10 stars if I was able!
Great place, good food. Definitely a must if going Italian. Portions are big fairly priced. Our server was Rebecca very nice lady with a awesome personality.
