My six friends and I had the pleasure of having Shannon teach an in-home class during my bachelorette weekend. We had such an amazing, peaceful experience with the perfect amount of challenge to make us feel revitalized. Shannon was the sweetest and friendliest instructor who made all of us feel welcome and at ease. I am so glad my sister booked this yoga session with her; it will be one of my favorite memories of the weekend! If I am ever in Charlottesville again, I will definitely be taking one of Shannon's classes!

I took Christine’s class this morning and it was incredible. As an instructor myself, I love to try new studios and learn from different instructors cues. Her class had an amazing unique flow, perfect tempo, great cues and hands on support, and the perfect mixture of relaxation and intensity. The new studio space is beautiful and fresh. Loved it all!!
I attended Shannon's class using ClassPass while passing through Charlottesville, and it was such a great experience! Shannon is incredibly friendly and welcoming—she even introduced me to her regulars in class. The warm Vinyasa session was really enjoyable, and her guidance and feedback were thoughtful and encouraging. Bonus: the merchandise is super cute! I’ve already signed up for another ClassPass class and can’t wait to go back.
