Cute and clean studio. Arrive early to claim your spot! I did the warm vinyasa class (booked through class pass) and really enjoyed it. The class started off slow and easy and ended up picking up and having some challenging poses. I would return!
My six friends and I had the pleasure of having Shannon teach an in-home class during my bachelorette weekend. We had such an amazing, peaceful experience with the perfect amount of challenge to make us feel revitalized. Shannon was the sweetest and friendliest instructor who made all of us feel welcome and at ease. I am so glad my sister booked this yoga session with her; it will be one of my favorite memories of the weekend! If I am ever in Charlottesville again, I will definitely be taking one of Shannon's classes!
