Matt Ross is Always helpful and always available for any questions you may have. He really cares about his clients. Salus Mutual insures for our cars and home which makes life easier. Our home insurance never went up when we had water damage on two separate occasions. They found professional and reliable contractors to do the job. When my husband was in a car accident we had the best coverage. Matt Ross is quite simply the best insurance agent ever. My vehicle was stolen on a long weekend. Never dealing with this situation before. I texted him and he called immediately and assured me that it would be fine. The vehicle was recovered and West Elgin promptly arranged for the vehicle to be taken to a dealer and given a physical.
