First time calling, I left a voice mail. Within 30 minutes, Chantel called me back telling me Andrew would get in touch. Within the next 30 minutes, I had a very informative and productive call with him! Promised I'd hear back by tomorrow morning with a quote, if not earlier!! So far, great response and service.
Contacted the Rodney office for home insurance quotes. Called the office five times, leaving two voicemails and spoke to 3 agents who said I'd get a call back. Finally I got through to someone after two weeks of calling and waiting. Agent was rude when collecting information and then he never actually called me or emailed back with any quote details. Very unprofessional.
