Please understand I received my Social Security disability and I am grateful. the reason I gave them a four out of five is because they email the information for you to read and it could be months before anything happens and if you call they default to the e-mail. please understand if you didn't understand what you read and reread it good luck. please write down your questions and they respond to e-mails I am old and work with verbal interaction text dosent work for me just beware.
No one seems to know anything. There are just phone answerers who take calls and know nothing about social security, press you sign up with the attorney immediately without speaking them, and then don't let you talk to a lawyer. I'm not even sure lawyers work here. Seriously - has anyone else talked to a real live lawyer at this law firm?
