Have been trying to cancel my Delta Dental Insurance foe 3 days. Brenda Smith who is the only person who can do this has still not called me back to let me know it’s been done 🤨
Spoke with Frank at Salus Group - he was very kind and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed.
Management is fabulous. They listen. No micromanagement. Benefits are wonderful. Everyone helps each other. I'm grateful to be a part of their team!
This company does not look out for it's employees. They do not follow there own HR handbook, don't follow there own guidelines and regulations of employment with/for them. It's just wasted paperwork. Hopefully with the loss of their recent multimillion dollar contract, there will be a lesson learned.
