I have been a member of Salus since they first opened doors, April 13, 2013, and since then, it became my second home, my go to for workouts, for weightlifting, for nutrition, for friendship, for meditation and even just to hang out when the time allows. Salus is absolutely the best! Coaches here are top notch and push you to reach your potential, and members do the same. It's a super supportive group of people and working out here has become the highlight of my day.

The camaraderie and genuine love everyone has for each other is truly inspiring. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I was a bit skeptical about joining a new CF gym, but I’m so glad I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and joined anyway. From the moment I walked in, I felt acknowledged and welcomed by everyone—Gino, Scott, Benny, Wilson, and Gina. Salus is so much more than a gym. It's a community where we push each other, support each other, and grow stronger together. I’ve never felt more motivated or supported in my fitness journey. You'll get in the best shape of your life while having fun. And the coaches are supportive and knowledgeable. Best decision ever was joining Salus.
