Gino was very friendly and helpful. The gym has great camaraderie and friendly competition. It was a great WOD and nice folks. I’d definitely recommend checking these guys out. Thanks again for the sweat today!!!
Salus is an awesome place to workout and great community! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they really make you feel comfortable no matter what your skillset. The community vibe is really positive and keeps you coming back which is the key to hitting your goals!
If you’re looking for a great gym that truly embodies everything great about Crossfit, look no further! Brutal workouts, great people, and coaches who care about fitness, improvement, and the methodology. Great group classes, and other options as well in case you want to focus on olympic weightlifting.
Salus is terrific gym - the coaches are super knowledgeable and the members are really supportive. Classes challenge you but in the best way possible. I’ve been a member for two years and am so happy I found this gym.
