Salus is terrific gym - the coaches are super knowledgeable and the members are really supportive. Classes challenge you but in the best way possible. I’ve been a member for two years and am so happy I found this gym.

I ran 6 miles today. It was easy and fun because of the strength and endurance I gained at Salus. In the past year I have grown stronger, developed better balance and am happy! I am grateful for this incredible community!
