This gym has become a home to me. I have been going to CrossFit for about 10 years and this has been the best experience yet. The people are fantastic and have become great friends. There is comradare that happens inside and outside the gym. Lisa, Erin and Scottie take the time during class to explain everything, coach you to be better and figure out your needs. I highly recommend Salus as your next gym!

I've been training at Salus for the past 1 2 years and absolutely love the environment from the owners down to all the members. Gino and Angela will guide,push and encourage you to reach a level you never thought possible while keeping true to proper techniques and fundamentals. All the coaches possess a ton of experience and knowledge in the CrossFit world as well as weightlifting. The Salus community has become family to me. The box is my sanctuary !!

This is my first time going to a CrossFit gym and I couldn't have chosen a better one! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. All of the coaches are super helpful and have already taught me a lot. If you're going to choose a CrossFit gym, Salus is the one!

I’ve had such a great experience at Salus. After having my son and moving to Monmouth County in 2024, I was looking for a gym and Salus ended up being the perfect fit. I never really considered myself athletic, so I was a little nervous starting out, but the coaches and members made me feel welcome right away.
