Great first visit! The entire staff are friendly, caring and professional. Truly appreciate the time and attention Dr. Ongay gives to her patients.
Doctor Ongay and her staff are very professional, attentive and polite . They need to improve the way they process referrals and medication refills, in that area they are a total disaster. I have lost important appointments including follow up procedures with my cardiologist and gastroenterologist because they have denied my referral to visit my long time established specialist.
