Awful practice. During the first appointment, one of the front office persons was rude. Then while seeing Dr. Morales, who continued to talk over me while ignoring my concerns. Today I returned as directed for lab work and an echocardiogram. I explained to one of the front office persons that I was not going to take the echo today and provided results from the last test. Todo el personal son muy profesionales y muy atentos
Muy mal servicio, no tienen un buen servicio al cliente,ni te saludan al entrar. Me senti discriminada 2 dias corridos me hicieron ir y la dra. Morales no me quiso atender,para llenarme unos papeles. No tiene empatia,ni consideration con el paciente. Espero nunca Tenga que estar en mi position.No merece ni una estrella!!!
