Awful practice. During the first appointment, one of the front office persons was rude. Then while seeing Dr. Morales, who continued to talk over me while ignoring my concerns. Today I returned as directed for lab work and an echocardiogram. I explained to one of the front office persons that I was not going to take the echo today and provided results from the last test.
