I work at Salude. The biggest issue is the Nursing staff. They are very rude and are not willing to help address the needs of the patients. They don't answer the phone at the nurse stations either. At times, I have to go above the nurses and contact the nursing director and Executive director to resolve the problem. The nursing supervisor, Henrietta needs to be replaced. She is terrible.

This was the rehab center my father's doctors and case manager wanted him to go to because of his needs. They are contracted with Kaiser, his insurance company. They REFUSED to admit him because Kaiser is slow paying claims- yes, that's what they told the case manager. I will be filing a complaint with the state insurance commissioner and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS).

My 87 year old mother received exceptional care while at Salude. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. The PA's and therapists were outstanding. We had a great experience and I am truly grateful for the excellent care my mother received.
