I am amending my first review for Amber. She is the reason for the 5 stars. Her attention to making it right was top notch. She personally came to our home saw the issue and even took care of two broken tree branch’s on our neighbors property and ours without being asked. She was even thoughtful enough to bring a plant as a way of an apology. She made certain that the dumping behind our fence has stopped and for that I am grateful.
Michael is so personable, kind, knowledgeable in what he does and willing to go the extra mile! Would highly recommend doing business with him and the company!
This is probably the 3rd time they have been to my home for the sod alone. This last time they laid brand new sod over top of my dead sod which left me with an unlevel lawn and the sod not growing because it's not recommended to lay new sod over dead sod. I'm so sick of having to deal with this company. Strongly strongly strongly recommend to NOT NOT NOT USE THIS COMPANY, or have a yard looking like mine. Dealt with Lee for a quote and Shiree for scheduling and billing. Both were very professional. Worked with me on the projects and were reasonable and within budget. Installed French drain and moved sprinkler heads. Both times they came out, the guys got right to work and did a great job. They were very friendly! I recommend Saluda Hill! Update 2025 While out for a neighbors quote they accidentally knocked over my basketball goal. They were so professional about the entire thing.
