I was a patient of Alison Godinez, and if this was a review for her it would be a shining endorsement. Unfortunately, however, I am here to talk about the treatment from the clinic itself. I've seen Alison since I was probably around 13, and she was my mom's doctor before that. She knew of and accommodated for my history of mental illness, social issues and probable autism, as well as my mother's death. Worthless
Terrible! I received a text message at 9 am from Salud TELLING me (not asking) that my appointment had been rescheduled for 9:30 am that same day when I had an existing appointment at 1:30 pm. Which I had already arranged for with my work. When I called them back I waited on hold for 30 minutes and ended up hanging up. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. I work in healthcare. We don’t treat people this way.
Scheduling could be quicker but I’m sure they are always busy I love salud and their doctors
