I have no idea what has happened within the last few years but they have gone downhill with the lady who does cleanings. My self and my friend went in within the last 3 months and we each had a cleaning and some other work. Dr. Larsen is amazing but that woman who does the cleanings stabbed me in the roof of my mouth, behind my back tooth and somehow cut me with a "bite block". They do not care about their patients they are self centered. They wont even schedule my kids back to back because its inconvenient for them (this is a new policy). Im disabled and drive an hour round trip to go see them. Go somewhere that cares and isnt just about money.

I went there with my step kids and my 1 year old daughter, my daughter wanted to turn the water on in the sink and play in it and when I told her no she started screaming and having a fit as you would expect when you tell a 1 yr old no. Well an assistant came in very rude and told me I needed to quiet my daughter down because there were other patients. Went in for an emergency tooth removal, a lot of pain. They scheduled me an appointment three days later. Got there for the appointment and was told they didn't have enough time for removal that day and they would schedule an appointment for later. I walked out. Very disappointed.!
