I went there with my step kids and my 1 year old daughter, my daughter wanted to turn the water on in the sink and play in it and when I told her no she started screaming and having a fit as you would expect when you tell a 1 yr old no. Well an assistant came in very rude and told me I needed to quiet my daughter down because there were other patients. Went in for an emergency tooth removal, a lot of pain. They scheduled me an appointment three days later. Got there for the appointment and was told they didn't have enough time for removal that day and they would schedule an appointment for later. I walked out. Very disappointed.!
Everyone here is so kind and professional. I have a really big fear of the dentist especially with needles and everyone here was accommodating and made me feel comfortable. Especially Dental assistant Shanntell she’s amazing I recommend asking for her. She’s fantastic. My experience was painless before during and after. Miracle workers. <3
being on medicare i didn’t have many options in the trinidad area.i called in with a emergency but with out an appointment, and they saw me that day, made a plan and had my emergency dealt within the week. furthermore they came up with a total treatment plan for my other teeth and after several visits i have a new outlook on life. i’m no longer in pain and i thank the team at salud.
