My first experience with Dr Hlavinka's office. I went along to assist my brother at his appointment. First meeting the check-in staff was very pleasant and greeted us with professionalism and courtesy. We were a few minutes early for the appointment, but didn't wait long before the nurse called his name. Tabitha was very friendly and caring. Terrible rude woman answered and just kept repeating that Dr doesn't accept Medicare patients. My United healthcare insure is zero copay and I've used it for emergency with no problems. I wanted a primary Dr...not here I guess.
Awesome Primary Care physician. He listens and lets you take part in your own medical care. Highly recommend. Nursing staff is very compassionate.
